Shipping Terms

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Affected by (COVID-19), we currently only support shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand 

United States Minor Outlying Islands、 Alaska And Other Countries do not support receiving goods for the time being.

The standard process time of order is between 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not process on the Sunday or holidays. Usually, the orders can be shipped out within 72 hours after getting the payment, not including the weekends or holidays. Please plan in advance accordingly.The transportation time varies from 15-40 days due to the virus.

Please Notes:
Two business days in a week won't process orders-- U.S Saturday and Sunday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Please choose the right shipping method with concern after Friday.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average transit times to the United States: 15 - 40 Business days
Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days
The estimated delivery time is only for reference and may differ from the actual delivery time.
If you do not receive the package within the above-mentioned time, please contact our customer service team in time, we will spare no effort to assist you to check the status of the package and help you receive the package as soon as possible.(customer service email: support@tuesdayshorts.com)

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address up until your order leaves our facility!

Note:
The address cannot be changed after shipping, so please make sure that your address is filled in correctly after ordering and before shipping.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@Tursdayshorts.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

For orders under $30, a shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order you can go here. 

We Will Send Order confirmation and shipping inform message or email after you place the order, please check it, once there exist unauthorized payment, please contact us in 7 business days, we will not process it over 7 business days.
